Single Lens Reflex is also known as "SLR" . It has one lens which is for viewing and creating the photo. A camera which includes more features that offer full manual control on an focus. There is another feature which able the camera with interchangeable lenses. This kind of camera is usually used by professional photographers.
Twin Lens Reflex contains two fixed lenses which both have the same focal lenght. One mounted on the other and another one(lower) focuses its image on the film.
